If it doesn't fit, doesn't feel right, or just isn't what you expected - return it. No lectures. No hassle.
30-day window
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
Free returns
We cover the return shipping. A prepaid label is emailed to you within 1–2 business days of submitting your request.
Exceptions
Sale items marked final sale, intimates, and personalised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. Damaged or washed items will be rejected on arrival.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation.
Exchanges
Select 'Exchange' when starting your request to swap for a different size or colour. Your new item ships as soon as your return is received.
